  • Do you ship to my country?
    • Vapes by Enushi ships to anywhere in the world, as long as you are willing to pay the shipping costs and assume your duties and responsibilities as the importer. For more information see our >> INTERNATIONAL ORDERS << info page.

  • How much would it cost to ship to me?
    • Shipping costs are dependent on your order size, order weight, volumetric weight, exact address, shipping carrier, and shipping service that you choose. To get a shipping quote, add all desired items to your shopping cart, then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website. Next, in the "TOTAL" area of your cart list, you will see "Shipping: Add Info". Click the "Add Info" hotlink, and enter your destination address information as requested by the website. Click "ESTIMATE SHIPPING", then the website will generate and display all the available shipping options for your order to your destination, along with their associated prices.   • How long does it take for my shipment to get to me?
    • Freight time to your destination from Vapes by Enushi is dependent on the shipping service you choose, and where you are located. For more information see our >> SHIPPING INFORMATION << info page, where you may find more information about GENERAL shipping time frames.

  • What is this "CRC Product", and why is Vapes by Enushi not allowed to sell non-CRC products to me in Canada?

    • As of January 1, 2021, a new requirement has been implemented federally as per Canada's Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations (VPLPR), pursuant to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA), which requires all toxic liquid-containing (and contacting) vaping hardware sold within Canada to be registered or compliant with Child-Resistant Container (CRC) regulations, as per the CCCR2001 and its requirements for such containers of toxic chemicals. Vaping hardware that makes direct contact with e-liquid in its unvaped form MUST comply with CRC regulations, or they cannot be sold within Canada. While Vapes by Enushi does have non-compliant products listed in catalog, these items are intended for export outside of Canada only, and any orders for such items will be cancelled, if the final destination of non-compliant products is determined to be within Canada.   • I'm trying to place an order by credit/debit card, you don't have credit card payment options. Do you take credit card?
    • Visa and Mastercard have extremely strict rules in place at the moment, and absolutely will not allow us to process credit cards on the website as long as we serve the international community, despite the fact that we had robust filters and policies set in place that prevent the processing of any international credit cards. Because the majority of our online sales occur outside of Canada, we have temporarily made the decision to remove online credit card processing for everyone, which unfortunately means Canadians cannot purchase from us via credit card at this time, except in person at our store.

  • What payment methods do you accept online?
    • Interac e-Transfer (for Candians)
    • Wise Interac (for international customers)
    • Bank Wire (a CAD$17.50 wire acceptance fee applies if your order value is over CAD$100)

We are currently unable to process credit card payments on our website, and our deepest apologies for this inconvenience. Please use one of our alternate payment methods if you wish to order from us.

Should you choose a shipping method that has no insurance at all, Vapes by Enushi is NOT liable for the value of your shipment above the insured value, should it got lost or damaged in transit if you choose this method of shipping. We can only assist in the recovery up to the maximum allowable value for the shipping method you choose.

All vaping related orders within Canada are legally required to be shipped with an age-verified service. Please ensure an adult is available to present identification and sign for release of the parcel on the date of arrival.

We will do our best to ship out orders received by 1:00pm EST on the same business day. After 1:00pm EST, most likely your order will be picked up by the carrier drivers the following business day. If there is an extraneous reason why your order may be delayed shipment beyond that, we will contact you via our website order messaging system. Please ensure our email address is added to your email providers safe sender list, so that you do not miss any important messages from us that may inadvertently end up in your junk/spam box.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, as the importer, you are responsible for knowing what your regional laws and regulations are. Vapes by Enushi can not be held liable for seizures due to prohibitions in your country. Further, as the importer, you are responsible for your importation fees such as brokerage fees, sales taxes, and duties charged by your government. These fees are typically excluded from our product and shipping prices. UPS Express, Expedited, and 3-Day Select services include brokerage fees in the shipping cost.

By default, we declare all export shipments with accurate descriptions and value of contents. Should you, as the importer, choose to take full liability and responsibility of providing your own declaration details, Vapes by Enushi will not be held liable if a problem arises with the customs office of your country. Further, you understand that by declaring a reduced value, the insured value of your package will also be reduced in likewise, and we would not be able to claim more than the declared value should your parcel got lost or damaged in transit.

Orders may take up to two business days to fulfil. If it is known that an order will take longer to process, we will contact you.
