For EMERGENCY contact situations that require urgent attention to an existing order that has not shipped yet, PLEASE use the order system's internal Messaging system instead, so that our shipping crew can see such changes. Sending an email MAY NOT be seen by our order fulfilment team and we might not respond to your email before our shipping crew assembles and ships out your order! The shipping crew does not have access to customer service emails, and they act only within the order fulfillment system. To access our website's internal messaging system, log in to your account, then click on "My Account" at the top of the website. On the left hand side of the menu that appears, click on "View Messages". Select the order number associated with the order you wish to draw attention to, then fill out the subject and message body.
