Payment Methods

At this time, we can only process online credit card payments for orders destined to Canada or the United States. We accept Visa and Mastercard online.

For Canadians, we also accept payment via the Interac E-Transfer system.

For orders destined to countries outside of Canada and the United States, orders must be placed manually at this time by e-mailing us at general@vapesbyenushi.com. Reach out to us to let us know you wish to order something. We will respond to you within 2 days with a questionnaire to begin your international order placement. International orders can only be paid with the following payment methods at this time:

• Wise Interac Transfer (most recommended for international customers). Fastest to send, lowest cost, and no added fees on our end.
• Western Union Cash Transfer. No added fees on our end.
• Bitcoin (BTC). No added fees on our end.
• Bank wire/transfer/TT (Non-refundable wire acceptance fee applies for orders over CAD$100. Free if under this amount. +CAD$35.00 for wires originating from EU/UK. +CAD$17.50 for rest of world.)

What is Wise?

Wise (formerly "TransferWise") is a digital financial institution, whose primary service offering is low cost, simplified, and fast global money transfers with low exchange rates and service fees, typically cheaper than your bank.

Wise also allows us to receive funds using the Canadian electronic fund transfer system called "Interac E-Transfer". By setting up Vapes by Enushi as a payee using this payment method, you will enjoy even lower service fees, faster fund transfers, as well as no added fees on our end. As such, Wise Interac is our preferred payment method for international orders.

Because of the complexity of processing credit cards online for the vaping industry at the global level, many manufacturers and vape shops are now shifting to Wise, as the global banking system does not fall under jurisdiction, regulations, nor pressures that private payment processing companies such as American Express, Visa, and Mastercard must endure.

Payment Currencies and Financial Security

As a Canadian-based company, Vapes by Enushi processes all payment transactions in our base currency of CAD (Canadian Dollars). The amount that gets charged to credit cards of other currencies is dependent on the foreign exchange rates and foreign currency surcharges that your financial institution charges to you, and is beyond the control of Vapes by Enushi. Please refer to your credit card holder's agreement regarding foreign currency transactions.

www.vapesbyenushi.com does its best to comply with PCI standards to protect the financial security of card holders, and as such, in the case of some orders, we may request additional security transaction processes to verify ownership of the credit card used. Failure to comply with these additional verification requests will result in the cancellation of your order. The vaping industry faces some of the highest rates of online credit card fraud, and as such, Vapes by Enushi adheres to some of the strictest guidelines and procedures to ensure all online credit card orders are verified to be authentic. Some causes for such a verification request would include (but are not limited to):

• The credit card owner information does not match the shipping addressee information.
• Shipping address does not match billing address
• Your credit card company does not make use of the international "AVS" (Address Verification System) protocols
• Suspicious strings of transaction attempts

PayPal

We DO NOT accept PayPal. We have not had PayPal for many years, as our account was forced closed due to PayPal's prohibition on the vaping industry.

CashApp / Venmo / Zelle

These are American services that are not available to non-American residents. As such, we cannot accept payments via CashApp, Venmo, nor Zelle.
