Replacement Glass for the Taifun GTR

Borosilicate (Pyrex) replacement glass for the >>Taifun GTR<< (Ersatzglas für den Taifun GTR), for users who wish to change to a full glass tank option from the plastic PSU tank that the Taifun GTR originally comes with.

Please be aware, that due to the fully exposed nature of the Taifun GTR's tank, additional care must be taken to not bump the glass tank against any hard objects, as it may cause this glass to break.

Due to the fragility of glass, please install this glass tank section carefully to the bell/chimney, and when screwing down on to the deck. Please ensure it is installed straight and not tilted or crooked, or the pressure may crack the tank!

If necessary, wet the o-ring with some liquid to make assembly easier.

Wall Thickness: 1.6mm

NOTE: It is highly recommend that you fully clean out this product before the first time you use it. While the factory does a decent job at removing dust, shavings, machining lubricants and greases, there is still the potential for trace elements to remain, and it is best recommended that you do an additional cleaning to meet your standard of cleanliness.
