History of the Vicious Ant Duke
The Duke lineage of mods from Vicious Ant was first introduced as "The Duke", a dual 18650 parallel mechanical mod, unique in its design and size, and especially with a top firing switch.
After a number of iterations of this mechanical variant, a regulated variant single 18650 variant was born, known as the "Duke SX", utilizing the Yihi SX350J chipset. A similar design language was used, with angular lines, and the signature top fire button.
Shortly thereafter, the Duke SX was upgraded with absolutely gorgeous wood blanks that were stabilized by Texas Blanks (who made Double R mods) as "The Duke Stabilized Wood". While these wood blanks were the most expensive available in the stabilized wood marketplace, the stabilization techniques and resins used by Texas Blanks was unparalleled, and still cannot be compared to this day.
After a hiatus of several years, the Duke II as you see here made it's reveal with a major glow up featuring a rounding out to the lines of the body shape for ergonomic comfort while maintaining its signature top fire button.
