Dual 510 Drip Tips by Taifun

Taifun Dual 510 Drip Tips are a pressed stainless steel and acrylic (or POM / Delrin) bore drip tip that fits all standard 510 drip tip holes.

Each drip tip is unique and can have different grain due to the material.

Clean only under running water. DO NOT BOIL!

The drip tip should only be heated to a maximum of 60° Celsius.

Benefits of POM (Delrin):

• Very high strength and rigidity compared to other plastics.
• High heat resistance (-50 to 110° Celsius).
• Excellent chemical resistance - resists cracking from most liquids known to crack other plastics such as acrylic and polycarbonate.
• Is physiologically inert.

Benefits of Acrylic:

• Medium strength and rigidity compared to other plastics.
• Medium heat resistance (-20 to 80° Celsius).
• Good chemical resistance - Can crack when exposed to plastic cracking liquids.
• Is physiologically inert.

NOTE: It is highly recommend that you fully clean out this product before the first time you use it. While the factory does a decent job at removing dust, shavings, machining lubricants and greases, there is still the potential for trace elements to remain, and it is best recommended that you do an additional cleaning to meet your standard of cleanliness.
