Custom machined Billet Box Rev 4 button, 100% machined, finished, etched, and clear-Cerakoted in America by Form Custom, using 100% American-forged 3-Color Mokume-Gane billets by Sakmar Enterprises.
What is Mokume-Gane?
Mokume-Gane is a Japanese metalworking process over 300 years old that produces a mixed-metal laminate with distinctive layered patterns, giving a wood-grain look to metal. The process fuses several layers of differently coloured metals together to form a sandwich of alloys into a billet. Forged and sold by Sakmar Enterprises, this billet of tri-colour Mokume-Gane is fused using a combination of brass, copper, and nickel silver.
Because copper and brass has a tendency to oxidize with exposure to the elements and to acidic hand oils, this product has been clear Cerakoted by Form Custom to seal the alloy to protect the finished product against the elements. While Cerakoting is a very durable coating, it is not impervious to long term usage and aggressive abrasion, and will wear down over time, giving a natural look and patina to your button.
Installation Notes
This product is designed to be a direct replacement for your original Billet Box Rev4 button. However, be aware that neither Form Custom nor Vapes by Enushi will be responsible for any damage caused on your behalf. Once you remove the button panel on your Billet Box, you risk immediately voiding your warranty on your Billet Box.

Please note that due to the organic flow of the Mokume-Gane process showing different layers differently throughout various sections of the original rod billet it was cut from, the particular unit you receive may look slightly different from the photos shown. We have not shown every unit available as they all look "approximately" the same as they are all cut from the same rod. However, be aware that the specific unit you receive may not look EXACTLY like the photo shown and may have slight variations in the pattern of the layering of the different alloys.
