We are currently unable to process credit card payments to the United States, and our deepest apologies for this inconvenience. Please use one of our alternate payment methods if you wish to order from the United States.

Should you choose a shipping method that has no insurance at all, Vapes by Enushi is NOT liable for the value of your shipment above the insured value, should it got lost or damaged in transit if you choose this method of shipping. We can only assist in the recovery up to the maximum allowable value for the shipping method you choose.

All vaping related orders within Canada are legally required to be shipped with an age-verified service. Please ensure an adult is available to present identification and sign for release of the parcel on the date of arrival.

We will do our best to ship out orders received by 1:00pm EST on the same business day. After 1:00pm EST, most likely your order will be picked up by the carrier drivers the following business day. If there is an extraneous reason why your order may be delayed shipment beyond that, we will contact you via our website order messaging system. Please ensure our email address vapesbyenushi@gmail.com is added to your email providers safe sender list, so that you do not miss any important messages from us that may inadvertently end up in your junk/spam box.

Ensure your billing address is entered exactly as stated on your credit card statement, or your transaction may decline. If your address has an apartment or unit number, place that number in-line with the street address in line 1. For example, if your address is normally registered as:

  • Address 1: 8241 Woodbine Ave
  • Address 2: Unit 18

Instead, write it as:

  • Address 1: 18-8241 Woodbine Ave

We are only able to ship to the billing address your credit card company has on file for you. However, if must require shipment to an address other than the billing address registered with your credit card company, please choose a different payment method such as Western Union, Bank Wire, or Bitcoin.

For added security, some credit card payments may require additional proof of ownership. We will contact you with details if this need arises.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada, as the importer, you are responsible for knowing what your regional laws and regulations are. Vapes by Enushi can not be held liable for seizures due to prohibitions in your country. Further, as the importer, you are responsible for your importation fees such as brokerage fees, sales taxes, and duties charged by your government. These fees are typically excluded from our product and shipping prices. UPS Express, Expedited, and 3-Day Select services include brokerage fees in the shipping cost.

By default, we declare all export shipments with accurate descriptions and value of contents. Should you, as the importer, choose to take full liability and responsibility of providing your own declaration details, Vapes by Enushi will not be held liable if a problem arises with the customs office of your country. Further, you understand that by declaring a reduced value, the insured value of your package will also be reduced in likewise, and we would not be able to claim more than the declared value should your parcel got lost or damaged in transit.

Orders may take up to two business days to fulfil. If it is known that an order will take longer to process, we will contact you.

  • Do you ship to my country?
    • Vapes by Enushi ships to anywhere in the world, as long as you are willing to pay the shipping costs and assume your duties and responsibilities as the importer. For more information see our >> INTERNATIONAL ORDERS << info page.
  • How much would it cost to ship to me?
    • Shipping costs are dependent on your order size, order weight, volumetric weight, exact address, shipping carrier, and shipping service that you choose. To get a shipping quote, add all desired items to your shopping cart, then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website. Next, in the "TOTAL" area of your cart list, you will see "Shipping: Add Info". Click the "Add Info" hotlink, and enter your destination address information as requested by the website. Click "ESTIMATE SHIPPING", then the website will generate and display all the available shipping options for your order to your destination, along with their associated prices.   • How long does it take for my shipment to get to me?
    • Freight time to your destination from Vapes by Enushi is dependent on the shipping service you choose, and where you are located. For more information see our >> SHIPPING INFORMATION << info page, where you may find more information about GENERAL shipping time frames.
  • I'm trying to place an order by credit/debit card, but the shopping cart keeps declining me. Why is this happening?
    • Our card payment processor has an extremely robust anti-fraud filter in place. There are a number of failed security checks that could be causing a decline. The majority of declines are caused by the following:
      • You are placing your order from outside of Canada. Our payment processor has strict rules to not allow card payments outside of Canada.
      • You are entering your billing address incorrectly. Our payment processor utilizes the Address Verification System (AVS), which is an international credit card online processing security protocol that verifies your entered billing address with what your credit card company has on file for you. If there is no match, the transaction will decline.
      • You are using an international credit card from a country/bank that does not utilize the international AVS protocol. If our payment processor cannot get an AVS match to your billing address, either because your credit card company does not utilize the service, or their service had a temporary connection issue or interruption, then your transaction will automatically decline.
      • You are attempting to ship your order to an address other than the billing address. Our payment processor only allows orders to be shipped to the billing address registered with your credit card company.
      • The way you are writing/entering your address information does not exactly match what your credit card company has on file for you. For example, if your address is "8241 Woodbine Avenue", but you are entering it as "8241 Woodbine Ave", a no-match code may be returned, causing a decline. Try to figure out exactly how your credit card company has it in their records, and match it. If you are unsure, first try matching it with the exact format that CanadaPost has on record for you.
      • You have a multi-line address that contains a unit or apartment number, and you are entering that secondary number in Address 2. The payment processor's AVS system is very particular, and requires all data to be entered in the Address 1 field only, complying with the CanadaPost format. Even if you enter data into Line 2, the processor will automatically merge that data into the Address 1 field, and can cause a syntax error resulting in a decline due to non-match. For example, if you are entering your address as:
        • Address 1: 8241 Woodbine Avenue
        • Address 2: Unit 18

The payment processor will automatically modify the address to:

    • Address 1: 8241 Woodbine Avenue Unit 18

In this case, this correction will likely result in a non-match, and thus, will decline. Instead, write your address as:

    • Address 1: 18-8241 Woodbine Avenue

Doing it this way would be in accordance to CanadaPost formatting guidelines, and would increase your likelihood of an AVS match.
