The Black Mini Neo Sleeve by DESCE is made of 3mm Neoprene with a drawstring closure.

Fits most single 18650 mods, FITT, 4 batteries, etc. Can also fit some mechanical squonkers, 26650 mods with a slight squeeze past the mouth.
